The tough economy, layoffs and the technology bust have job seekers from new grads to seasoned veterans scratching their heads about the best way to get employment. Today's environment requires the successful job seeker to continually demonstrate value and to be one step ahead of others desperate for the same position. This is only intensified for middle managers and executives.

ECS Consulting Associates, offering coaching and consulting services since 1997 under the CoachMeNow! brand, is offering a series of four teleclasses on job hunting. Teleclasses are simply seminars via telephone allowing people to attend from anywhere. The first teleclass is absolutely free for anyone

The first teleclass will take place Thursday, September 19, 2002 at 4:00 P.M. (Central Time, 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time) for one hour. Job seekers only pay for the phone call. It is open to anyone nationwide.
Teleclasses 2, 3, and 4 are $25 each and will take place at the same time on the three following Thursdays - September 26th, October 3rd and 10th.

Teleclass 1 emphasizes how to succeed in the job market, entry-level versus mid-career techniques, resumes and options for those laid off. Teleclass 2 covers transitioning to a new career or your own business and techniques for those in technology. A special coaching model will be introduced in Teleclass 2 discussing how corporate managers and executives can develop business opportunities for themselves through strategic partnerships with small business. Teleclass 3 is an interviewing workshop and covers what Fortune 50 companies look for in interviews. Teleclass 4 covers executive job search, expanding your network and how to create a job search strategy that works. Each teleclass will

feature special guests including recruiters, human resources and hiring managers as well as other experts.
